"I want to thank you for the use of your truck to move my household goods from Poulsbo to Arlington. The second trip was unplanned and I apologize for disrupting your schedule for use of the truck and your
staff. The likelihood of meeting the move-out date on time could not have been accomplished without your excellent support.

The packing, loading, traveling and final clean up was done by Chuck. His effort was efficient, professional and a major contribution to the smoothness of the move. He made it appear to be 'so simple', but in
reality every cabinet or closet door we opened was a discovery of 'more stuff'. Chuck played a key role in the success of the move.

I continue to appreciate the real estate analyses done by Hugh as my name is still on the mailing list. Advice, guidance and detail explanations about real estate transactions provided by Hugh was educational and very helpful. Hugh also expended extra effort on my behalf to organize and coordinate the kitchen countertop replacement. This effort resulted in meeting the original closing date to the satisfaction of all parties. In addition Hugh's expertise with MAC computers was beneficial in that he helped me to get started with a new MAC computer. Although this is a separate issue from a real estate transaction, it facilitated rapid communication needed during the last days prior to 'closing'.

During the three weeks prior to closing I called daily to obtain the status of the property transaction. Each call was received by the cheery upbeat voices of Rebecca or Sheri. Rebecca visited the property to photograph the house and the neighborhood area. Her published layout and summary was appropriately detailed and well done. In addition she was always up-to-date on the current activity and provided beneficial information.

It has been a pleasure working with the Prowse Team. Advice received was accurate and in the proper perspective from day-one. The overall professional services provided the platform for accomplishing the
primary objective -- timeliness.
