Brenda Prowse
Broker/Owner
Brenda founded Prowse and Company in 1998 and has been a full time Realtor in Poulsbo since 1979. In the past 12 years she has listed and sold over 500 homes and has no doubt sold more listings in that period than any other active agent in Kitsap County. In addition to being a licensed broker, she is a Graduate of the Realtor's Institute and the Howard Brinton Star Power Real Estate University. In 2006 she earned her Certified International Real Estate designation (CIPS). In 2009 Brenda received the Certified Distressed Properties Expert (CDPE) Designation. With the current economic problems and their effect on housing, knowledge of how to handle distressed property sales and how to advise clients facing foreclosure has become an essential part of our business. She has been selected (for the third time) as one of Seattle Magazine’s Five Star Agents—Best in Client Satisfaction—for 2009 based on an independent survey of recent individuals who had purchased in our area. In 2008 and 2009 she was voted Best Realtor in North Kitsap. She has been a top selling agent in Kitsap County for more than 28 years and has won numerous sales awards.
Brenda holds a BA in Education from Eastern Washington University (1972). She was President of the Poulsbo Chamber of Commerce in 2002 and was chosen as the Poulsbo Chamber's Person of the Year for 2004. She is a member of Homeagent.com, a nationwide referral network of top producing real estate agents. |

Taylor and Lori Brown
Listing and Buyer Agents
This mother and son team have taken the Kitsap Peninsula by storm. Working together, they have provided quick response time and dedication to finding the perfect property for their clients. Taylor has a unique negotiating skill and is tech savvy, while Lori has a vast knowledge of real estate values and the essentials of delivering quality service, and is RCDPro Certified. They provide weekly reports, dispensing useful information to their client base. Together, they find potential clients by using the internet, mailings and the old fashioned way of “cold calling.” In 2009 Taylor received the Certified Distressed Properties Expert (CDPE) Designation. With the current economic problems and their effect on housing, knowledge of how to handle distressed property sales and how to advise clients facing foreclosure has become an essential part of our business.
The Browns have given their clients the knowledge necessary to make smart decisions in this fast moving market. They have provided patient guidance and attention to the many details that affect the seasoned as well as the first time buyer. They have been on top of market trends to assist sellers. Their focus on details has been valued by both the buyer and seller. They are diligent in their efforts, work hard and are not scared of putting in the hours necessary to bring about a successful transaction. |

Noelle Osborn
Buyer Agent
Noelle joined Prowse and Company as a buyer agent in 2007. In 2009 she was awarded the Accredited Buyer Representation (ABR) designation by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC) of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). She has an extensive sales background, and she has applied herself in real estate just as she has in a full career of past accomplishments.
Noelle is a thirty year veteran of the Advertising and Promotions field. She has created successful promotions and advertising for major international companies and prominent personalities in entertainment. Noelle has been instrumental in the development of fund raising efforts for several international charitable events: including the “Save the Children Fund,” “Band Aid,” and the “Children’s Leukemia Foundation.” Noelle also had an extensive career in broadcast journalism, beginning with the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) and culminating in her own television and radio programs both overseas and in the United States.
Noelle’s far-reaching and varied experience is the foundation of her creativity and insight in understanding client’s needs and providing answers. Noelle is a published poet and artist and serves as a member of the board of directors of the Cultural Arts Foundation Northwest. |

He can also be hired for other odd jobs such as moving and hauling and yard maintenance, and he has been known to bring a whole team of helpers if the challenge of how to get rid if all the stored things in your house is holding you back.
Chuck had worked for Brenda several years ago, and then returned in 2005 after he retired from being a marine mechanic in the Navy. In his spare time he enjoys participating in European Martial Arts competitions through the Society for Creative Anachronism, Inc. Sheri Johnson
Lead Manager and Staff Assistant
Sheri is the person who helps everyone else in the office to catch up with their work. All the members of our team make entries in our database for activities affecting our listings or transactions in progress. At the end of each week, Sheri sends weekly reports with that week's notes to all of our listing clients and clients under contract for purchase or sale. Sheri is the one who posts all of our listings to Trulia, Craigslist, Zillow, and Realtor.com. She sends out web statistics to our clients every 2 weeks. She maintains databases, manages leads, handles bulk printing jobs and mailings, maintains our office supplies, makes bank deposits, makes sure client gifts get delivered, answers the phones, closes files and archives records, updates websites and makes flyers, delivers marketing materials to our clients when Chuck is not around, and does just about anything we need to make us look good. Plus she makes pie.
Sheri also keeps busy working for the North Kitsap School District. Sheri used to work for Brenda in the ‘90s and came back to us part time in 2006 - and are we glad she did! Sheri and her husband Dan and son Jordan live in Poulsbo |
